Just moved back to the area and I am looking for a new place for acrylics. I wasn't able to get in to another salon nearby and stumbled upon City Nails. My nails came out okay. Some are a little crooked and wonky but overall the customer service experience was good, welcoming, and friendly. Linda is very nice and the salon is extremely clean. Prices were a little steep given the quality of the nails. I paid over $50 for these.
Update: I went back recently for a gel polish change. It's been downsized a lot since my last visit over 3 years ago. The color options are pretty limited now, BUT they still do really good work, AND they do not 'water down' their gel poilish (or likely any polish). The most recent salon I was using. Told me the gel polish chipping in less than 7 days, was my fault. I am "too rough" on my hands, and I get my nails wet too often. I was believing it until I stopped through City Nails, my old stomping grounds! Been almost 2 weeks and ZERO chipping. Still really friendly staff. They still do very nice work and have excellent attention to detail. They deserve the traffic/business try them! Still an undercover gem :)
They're great. They always do a great job on my nails and if I don't like it they will fix it for free. Don't complain that you don't like the way they do nails and then don't say anything because how would they know? Nobody is perfect but they sure do make me feel welcomed there and will do anything to keep my service. So yeah, I will keep going. :)
horrible experience! I went in and waited THREE HOURS!! last time I went they took me right away and cut my hand while doing my acrylics and they did it again! They go way to fast & when filing my nails they jabbed it into my nail which hurt so bad. When I got them done they were formed HORRIBLY! and beyond too long... They kept switching between workers and messing up.. Nothing it sterilized/clean! It's all pulled out of a gross drawer! When I got them finished I had to pay $35 for a crappy full set! After that I immediately went to another nail salon to get them fixed and paid an extra $10. Disappointed! I will never get my nails done there again.
They are so friendly. They always greet me and always make me feel welcomed. I’ve been going here for 16 years and I absolutely love this place. The prices are so good. They do have recently gotten a new color mood thingy and looks amazing. They also have kids that are super Friendly. I would definitely recommend and check their place out if I were you I love this place so much. ????????????

I got my nails done, they were uneven and one nail was crooked. Also a few years ago I had a awful experience between me and one of the staff. He became impatient when I was choosing a nail color. Also he kept cutting me with the nail buffer. After coming back to the area I decided to try this salon again. My experience reinforced why I stopped coming to the salon in the first place. I hope all works out with this salon and staff, but I refuse to do business with them again.
THE WORST FULL SET EVER!!!! my daughter got her nails done for her graduation. Nails are crooked, very thick & wide and they applied too many coats of paint because after 3hours they still weren't dry. And the wait was ridiculous. Got there around 6 and didn't leave till 9/930. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, not even my dog!!!
